Cancellation and Refunds: FAHAWA DROPSHIPPIN INC. (DBA Elite Escapes) takes pride in offering industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it ships (exceptions may apply, such as custom orders, detailed below). Cancellation Before Order Ships: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly so we can issue a full refund before your order departs from the warehouse. Cancellation of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded since they are produced specifically for your order. These units are tailored to your specifications or crafted upon ordering. Once your order is placed, production begins. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please reach out to us via message or call. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns: If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, with shipping costs being your responsibility throughout the returns and exchange processes. Due to rising LTL/freight shipping expenses, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you're replacing the product, we may assist in covering some costs based on the product type.

Shipping Times: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Please note that order delays may occur beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please Review the Following: By purchasing from Elite Escapes, you acknowledge and agree to the following Exchange Agreement terms:

  • I will inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage with photos within 24 hours.
  • I am responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees for refunds or exchanges.
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused; additional restocking fees may apply.
  • Full refunds are not possible once an order has left the warehouse.
  • Any return after shipment incurs return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25%. Damages: Inspect your item(s) packaging upon arrival and note any damage when signing for delivery. Report any damages with photos, box details, and SKU within 24 hours for a valid insurance claim. Freight damage claims require prompt reporting, and punctures or visible exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty: Warranties vary by manufacturer; refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty claims cover damages occurring over time from use; damages upon arrival must be reported within 30 days to qualify as a warranty claim.

Returns: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated on product pages. Our products come with guaranteed warranty policies; refer to individual product pages for specifics.

BOGO Promotions: For BOGO promotions, returning both items is necessary for a full refund. Returning only one item will result in a replacement or store credit equivalent to the item's standalone value. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and potential restocking fees for returned items.

Chargebacks: Our team aims to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in criminal liability for theft. Instead, contact us for assistance with any product-related issues. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for shopping with us!
